71st Association Dinner

  The 71st Anniversary dinner will be at The Copthorne Hotel Plymouth,

60 Places are available  get your booking in early. Accommodation is at a special rate  listed below book directly with the hotel

For accommodation speak to the Copthorn hotel  direct  01752 224161 tell them that you are with the ASW association and you will get a 10% discount on the rate of the day of booking.  If you join the loyalty scheme for the copthorne hotel you get a further 5% discount.

Cost of the event

The cost of this special event is that if you are a paid up member of the association and qualified as a TASI then it is free you are welcome to make a contribution if you wish.

£45 per head

Dress code Options

Gents: Black Tie, Mess undress, NO1's (Medals as appropriate) or Jacket and Tie

Ladies: Long ball gown or a knee length dress (or what you are comfortable wearing) wear what you would to a wedding.

Guest speaker: Councillor Kevin Sponston and Mrs Virginia Todorova: Ex Underwater Warfare Rating  Lord Mayor | PLYMOUTH.GOV.UK
Kevin will speak about his naval career and Plymouth’s support for veterans.

 Guest speaker Captin Ollie Hucker Royal Navy
Ollie will provide insights into the wider Navy Fleet, its operations, and routine business.

 Guest speaker Lt Cdr Matt McGinlay RN

Matt will share open-source information on current activities in the North Atlantic.
